Super, very good, have a many pool for all people, from smaal to the oldest and have beatifull green garden to relax, I liked it...
I have been visiting Familienbad Niederheid since years now and my daughter has all the swimming courses there. The pool itself is ok however it is somehow cold nowadays which is annoying thing.
But what made me really annoyed is the staff at the front desk which are not friendly and not supportive at all! especially the lady that was at the front desk yesterday before my daughter’s swim course who really annoyed me with a situation and with her incompetent and unprofessional attitude, however she saw me several times before.
I hope the front end staff deals in a better way with the clients and hope also to have some English speaking persons at the front desk.
The staff at the front desk is really nice and helpful.
The life guards inside.... let's say there is room to grow. Especially when it comes to enforcing the rules. Teenagers jump into the pool and hit my toddler - the life guards were standing in their office talking and not watching; which is something that is IMHO the core of your job description. When we raised their attention to the situation, they exhaled loudly but did step out of the office to show a presence. And surprisingly it helped! Wonders happening all the time.
Beside that, it is s clean place, even though it is a bit on the older side and you can tell. If you are looking for a relaxed afternoon, no water slides no exciting water playground but a regular pool to swim in? That is a place you can go to.
Must go place 🥰
My boys (4& 1) loved the place as it has corner for babies too.
You have alot of sitting places there at side.
With familien karte, one can have discount too.
I have been attending Suomi sauna for 2 month, and was really satisfied with it. I respect and appreciate your service.
But I was surprised at rules that administrative girl had said to me today.
1. I brought massage brush to sauna as usual (like on the foto). Girl said to me that it was forbidden for sauna room pollution reason by my derma. This rule is funny because my skin is wet and derma come out as sweat. And the sweat soaks up the towel I'm sitting on. But girl insisted on don`t use it. Then I asked for using outside of sauna room in common area, but this also not allowed. The argument concerns the difficulty of cleaning servise. But come on 😂 How hard my massage movement could pollute the room? 🤔
2. Girl did not stop for today and later said to me that my glass water bottle is also forbidden. OMG. If you are afraid of broken glass, then according to this logic, you need to remove all glass doors in the sauna, partitions and windows, as someone might accidentally break them as well. We're not in kindergarten. Another staff rule 🤷♀️.
3. For 2 months of weekly visits to the sauna for the first time I hear comments from the new administrator girl. Is it her decision to comment, or is it an innovation in customer service? It only got worse.
So I decided that rules without logic are more important for staff that customer satisfaction. It was annoying to hear about stupid rules that prevent me from relaxing. I came to the sauna exactly for this: to relax and enjoy. Please, change your attitude to the rules and make the service enjoyable.
Very nice swimming pool. Me and my son we both learned swimming here. We visited this place for so long and enjoyed everyday. Neat and clean swimming pool and bath area.
Great for people who just want to swim but the pool is only 25 metres in length not 50. Not so great for families or casual swimmers. It has a nice outside area though which could be interesting for everyone.
Nice place for swimming. There is also a Sauna inside and other sport's spaces.
